The grace of God that is in Christ Jesus touches people in every facet of their lives and promises to make perfect every corner of the universe.  It touches people religiously, revealing the God who created them, knows them in every detail, desires to forgive them, and longs for them to live as his followers, friends, co-laborers, and children.  To celebrate this grace, we worship.   The grace of God also touches people socially, drawing them into local Christian communities where members learn to love, forgive, teach, and serve each other just as Jesus did.  Furthermore, it touches people publicly, calling them to act as witnesses about Jesus in a variety of ways and settings, to identify themselves to others as people who confess Jesus as Lord and who believe in his death and resurrection.  Finally, It touches people vocationally, inspiring them to serve their neighbors by performing diligent labor in the marketplace, by showing generosity to the needy, by working for justice on behalf of the weak, and by creating order and beauty in the world.
