Annual Volunteer Renewal for Children/Youth Volunteers

On an annual basis, each adult who volunteers with children or youth in any capacity must re-read our Child Protection Policy and submit a brief Volunteer Renewal Form. Note: this is different than the background check renewal which must be completed every five years.

VOLUNTEER RENEWAL AGREEMENT

As a volunteer, in the children's ministry or youth ministry at New Hope Presbyterian Church, I agree to be bound by the policies and procedures of New Hope Presbyterian Church; to refrain from improper conduct, as defined by this policy and New Hope Presbyterian Church, and to follow any guidelines or procedures of the safety officer, ministry leaders, or the staff of the church, in the performance of my services on behalf of the church. I further state that I have carefully re-read New Hope's Child Protection Policy and know the contents thereof and I sign this form on my own free act. This is a legally binding agreement which I have read and understood.
